Editorial
Corrections, factual disputes, technical disagreement, or a claim in an article you think is wrong.
Include the article URL and, where relevant, the specific paragraph. Corrections that change the substance of a piece are applied in place with a dated note. If you are pointing out that a version number, default value, or behaviour has changed since publication, that is genuinely useful and gets fixed quickly.
Topic suggestions
Requests for coverage of a specific problem.
The most useful version of this is a concrete problem you hit and could not find written up properly, rather than a broad subject area. "How VPA behaves with a monthly batch cycle" is a better prompt than "more about autoscaling."
General enquiries
Anything else, including questions about republishing or quoting material from the site.
What will not get a reply
To be direct about it, so nobody wastes their time:
- Guest post and link insertion offers. This site does not publish guest content or sell links, including links described as "editorial mentions," "resource additions," or "collaborations."
- Sponsored content and paid reviews. No product on this site is covered because someone paid for it, and none ever will be.
- SEO services, backlink packages, and outreach automation. Filtered.
- Press releases and product launch announcements. Nothing here covers news.
Vendor engineers writing about a technical point in an article are a different matter entirely and are welcome — several corrections have come from people who work on the tools being discussed. Say who you work for and it is a normal technical conversation.
Response times
This is written alongside a full-time job. Corrections that affect the accuracy of published material are handled within a few days. Everything else may take a couple of weeks, and some of it will not get a reply at all — no discourtesy intended.
